Workshop in nature – a journey to yourself
On Saturday, May 23, 2026, a unique seaside experience awaits you in the area of Rt Seča. We meet in front of Restaurant Ribič, which you can reach on foot, by bike, or by bus from the center of Portorož. The workshop is designed as a safe and supportive space, where through breath, movement, and mindfulness you gradually calm down, connect with others, and turn your attention inward. Jasna, a physical education teacher and natural healing therapist, leads the workshop with warmth, playfulness, and a holistic approach. With her authentic presence, she creates a safe space where you can relax and simply be.
Introduction and awakening of awareness
The workshop begins with a gentle introduction, where we present the purpose of the meeting and create a safe space for relaxed exploration. Through playful connecting exercises, participants connect with each other and gradually turn their attention inward. From the very beginning, we encourage body awareness through breath and presence in the here and now, allowing for calming and preparation for a deeper experience.
Breath, movement and connection with nature
Through guided breathing techniques and intuitive movement, you explore the connection between breath, body, and mind while releasing tension. Everyone follows their own rhythm, without pressure or expectations. This is followed by a barefoot walk by the sea in the area of Rt Seča, where contact with nature, the earth, and a symbolic release ritual deepen the sense of inner balance.
Relaxation and integration
The final part is dedicated to deep relaxation, meditation, and calming the mind. Through guided practices, participants integrate the experience and connect even more deeply with themselves. The workshop concludes with a gentle tea ritual and relaxed conversation, leaving a sense of lightness and inner peace.
