Tips for an easy and stress-free journey to the event venues
Visitors to Portorož Nights, taking place from 14 to 16 August 2026, are advised to park their vehicles in Lucija, at the car park in front of the Marina, or in Strunjan, on the designated grass parking areas, and continue to the event venues in central Portorož on foot or by local bus.
There is also a pleasant route from Strunjan to Portorož through the Valeta Tunnel. As the tunnel is closed to motor traffic, it is ideal for walking, cycling or riding a scooter.
Choose a parking area outside central Portorož and enjoy a more relaxed arrival at Portorož Nights. This way, you can avoid searching for a parking space close to the event venues and simply enjoy the festival atmosphere.
