Several important improvements have been completed on Piran’s beaches ahead of the peak summer season, including two new Seatrac devices designed to provide people with reduced mobility with more independent and safer access to the sea.
The devices are installed on the central beach in Portorož and on Riviera Beach in Piran. They give users greater independence when accessing the sea, while also contributing to a more inclusive and welcoming experience for all beach visitors. Both devices will also be included on the official Seatrac map, where users will be able to check their location, operating status and other useful information about the accessibility of each beach.
With this new addition, Piran’s beaches are becoming even more accessible, comfortable and welcoming for all generations and all groups of visitors. Summer on Piran’s beaches is thus one step closer to a relaxed, safe and inclusive seaside experience.
