Tartini House will host the International Professional Conference Don Francesco Bonifacio 1912–1946, marking the 80th anniversary of the death of Francesco Bonifacio. Bonifacio was born in Piran in 1912 and celebrated his first Mass there in 1937.
The conference will shed light on his life, priestly work and the historical circumstances surrounding his death in 1946. The event will offer a professional perspective on an important figure in local history and the period in which he lived.
