Chat with the winemaker

Every Friday evening, in the cosy atmosphere of the hotel’s Wine Bar, we host the unique Chat with the Winemaker event, where stories, flavours and the tradition of Slovenian winemaking come together over a glass of carefully selected premium wines and sparkling wines. Guests have the opportunity to meet renowned Slovenian winemakers such as Movia, Bordon, Montemoro, Vinakoper and many others, who present their award-winning wines, production philosophy and passion for creating exceptional wine stories. The relaxed wine gathering continues on the exclusive rooftop terrace Terrace 99, where a glass of wine and a beautiful sunset view over Piran create an unforgettable experience for all lovers of wine, local flavours and authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.

The chats with winemakers begin at 7:00 p.m. and last approximately 2 to 3 hours. From mid-August onwards, the event will begin at 6:30 p.m., as the final part of the gathering, with the opening of the last wine or sparkling wine on the rooftop Terrace 99, will take place at sunset.
