Where cooking becomes a memorable experience

KeBon is a culinary space where knowledge and creativity come together in relaxed, hands-on cooking workshops.

Participants can choose from a diverse range of themes – from Istrian pasta, BBQ basics, and vegan cuisine to a sushi workshop and a festive Easter feast – each designed as a complete culinary experience with plenty of practical work.

The level of difficulty is adapted to the participants, with a strong focus on practical techniques, confidence in the kitchen, and concrete skills you can immediately apply at home.

The workshops take place on scheduled dates from April to September, and the number of spots is limited to ensure a high-quality and personal experience.

KeBon culinary workshop: Easter feast

Date: 2. 4. 2026


Step into a world of festive flavors and discover how traditional Easter dishes can shine in a modern, refined presentation.

During the workshop, we will prepare holiday classics – from a carefully selected main course and homemade side dishes to aromatic festive bread and delicate sweet treats. You will learn how to coordinate multiple courses, plan your preparation efficiently, and combine flavors into a harmonious whole that delights every guest.

Special attention will also be given to the festive table setting, colors, and details, as we believe that a true Easter feast is not only about taste, but also about the experience and warmth we create together.

Step into the world of homemade pasta and discover how simple ingredients can be transformed into dishes with exceptional flavor and visual appeal.

During the workshop, we will prepare different types of fresh pasta and pair them with carefully selected sauces that enhance their character. You will learn the essential techniques of kneading, rolling, and shaping the dough, as well as the secrets of creating the perfect balance of flavors.

Special attention will also be given to colors, textures, and plate presentation, as we believe that a dish should be both delicious and visually captivating.

KeBon culinary workshop: Vegan cuisine

Step into the world of modern plant-based cuisine and discover how simple, animal-free ingredients can be transformed into dishes full of flavor, color, and texture.

During the workshop, we will prepare diverse, balanced, and satisfying plant-based dishes while exploring the proper combination of protein sources, the use of spices, and techniques that enhance the natural aromas of ingredients. You will learn how to create plates that are nutritionally thoughtful and aesthetically refined at the same time.

Special attention will be given to the harmony of flavors, creativity, and practical skills that you can easily bring into your everyday kitchen — because plant-based cooking can be simple, inspiring, and exceptionally delicious.

Discover how mastering the right techniques and temperature control can turn any grill into a top-tier culinary experience.

During the workshop, we will prepare various types of meat, fish, and vegetables while exploring the difference between direct and indirect grilling. You will learn how to control temperature, cooking time, and grill setup, as these elements determine the juiciness and character of each dish. We will also prepare aromatic marinades, spice blends, and sauces that add depth and balance to every BBQ creation.

Special attention will be given to hands-on practice and building confidence at the grill, so that next time you can confidently take on the role of grill master and impress your guests with an unforgettable culinary experience.

KeBon culinary workshop: Sushi

Date: 17. 9. 2026


Discover how the right technique, precision, and quality ingredients can help you create sushi that impresses both in taste and presentation.

During the workshop, we will prepare perfect sushi rice, learn the proper fish-cutting techniques, and shape different types of sushi, such as maki and nigiri. You will understand the importance of attention to detail – from the texture of the rice to the balance of flavors – as well as the basics of hygiene and aesthetic presentation that give each dish a professional finish.

Special emphasis will be placed on hands-on practice, where under expert guidance you will create your own sushi creations and enjoy a tasting session, so you can confidently prepare Japanese specialties at home.
