In 2023 they created "Š'Torta" - a cake representing an original culinary interpretation of olive cultivation and salt production. This authentic Piranese dessert is named after a variety of the indigenous Piran olive tree. The recipe, signed by Kristian Zule, the youngest Slovenian Michelin-starred chef from Stara Gostilna, and Magdalena Skočir from Cappuccino Kroštole, contains olive mousse, caramel and Piranese salt. For an even more intense flavour, you can drizzle it a little olive oil from the Milok farm. Š'Torta also has a charitable note. All proceeds from the sale of the cakes will be donated to charity.
