Piran cake Š'torta
Š'Torta is a cake that represents an original culinary interpretation of olive-growing and salt-harversting. This authentic Piranese dessert is named after a variety of the authentic Piran olive tree. The recipe, signed by Kristian Zule, the youngest Michelin-starred Slovenian chef from Restaurant Stara Gostilna, contains olive mousse, caramel and Piran salt. For an even more intense flavour, you can drizzle a little olive oil from the Milok farm on the cake. The Š'Torta also has a charitable note. All proceeds from the sale of the cakes will be donated to the Slovenian humanitarian association "Palčica Pomagalčica in dobrodelni škratje".
