After his father’s death, the youngest of three brothers is left with only his talking cat. The cat promises him happiness if he obeys his advice. The cat introduces the young man to the king as the Count of Straw and sends him precious gifts. With cunning, he defeats the magical giant, and the king enthusiastically offers the young man a young princess as his wife. Ding, ding. Happy ending.
