Restaurant week is one of the most popular culinary initiatives in Slovenia, held twice a year and connecting top restaurants across the country. It allows guests to enjoy creative tasting menus by renowned chefs at an accessible price. The event encourages the exploration of Slovenian gastronomy and brings fine dining closer to a wider audience.
This year, three excellent restaurants in our destination are taking part: Rizibizi, Stara Gostilna, and Marina Portorož, where chefs will prepare special menus created specifically for Restaurant Week.
It’s a great opportunity to discover the outstanding flavors of Slovenian Istria and experience culinary creativity by the sea. Reservations are recommended, as Restaurant Week attracts great interest every year.
