Opening of the Art Exhibition
PEACE POSTER – Together We Are One
The Peace Poster is an international art competition on the theme of peace, organized by Lions Clubs International. Each year, under the auspices of Lions Clubs, young people aged 11 to 13 take part in the competition.
This year, the Lions Club Portorož Zarja invited the following institutions to participate: Lucija Primary School, Sečovlje Primary School, Cirila Kosmača Primary School Piran, Elvira Vatovec Strunjan Institute, and SE–Primary School Vincenzo e Diego de Castro Piran–Pirano. From the art mentors, we received 35 artworks, which we would like to present to the public and thank the young creators for their contributions.
The ceremonial opening will take place on 2 February 2025 at 5:00 PM.
The exhibition can be viewed in the White Hall on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and during events at the Auditorium, until 27 February 2026.
