How the ant became fierce

Romana Krajnčan, Slovenia’s most popular children’s author, returns to the stage with a new magical musical adventure!

The family musical “How the Ant Became fierce” takes us into a musical universe of tangled songs. To untangle them, Romana, together with the curious Ant, who wants to be bad, and the enchanting Čaroblik, embarks on a colorful whirlwind of songs, games, and surprises. The children in the audience become an important part of the solution and together they discover how the power of cooperation, courage, and music can solve even the most tangled riddle. The performance intertwines Romana’s most famous songs, which have long been part of the Slovenian children’s treasure trove. Children will sing, dance, and co-create the performance, while adults will relive fond memories from their childhood. It is a colorful, playful, and musically inspiring musical about friendship, diversity, and connection through music—a real treat for the whole family!
