The Culinary promenade is a daytime-to-evening seaside event in Portorož and Piran, where local chefs, winemakers, and other producers present a diverse selection of food and drinks as visitors stroll between the stalls.
It brings together Istrian flavors, contemporary culinary approaches, and relaxed socializing by the sea in one place. It is a gastronomic experience that presents the destination through food, people, and atmosphere.
On Saturday, 25 April 2026, from 12:00 to 6:00 PM, the event will take place at Fishermen’s Square in Piran as part of the Saltworkers’ Festival. This edition will focus on seafood dishes, highlighting fresh fish, seafood, and interpretations of Northern Adriatic flavors.
