Ritual Rasul
Rasul is a self-guided steam ritual with beneficial effects for the body. After a short warm-up in the steam bath, you apply a salt and herb scrub, which promotes detoxification. This is followed by showering and rest, then the application of therapeutic salt mud, which uses heat to further relax the body and enhance well-being. The ritual concludes with a cold-water shower for refreshment and revitalization.
