11.00: opening ceremony and blessing of the kaki/persimmon
12.00-13.00: guided tour of the Strunjan salt pans (meeting point: Strunjan fishing harbour, canceled in case of bad weather)
13.00: workshop on the production and use of kaki/persimmon (conference room at Talaso Strunjan)
15.00: workshop on how to dry kakis/persimmons (conference room at Talaso Strunjan)
