Bonistra found its cradle in the valley of the Dragonja river, on fertile land and began planting local, indigenous, aromatic plants. Quality and transparency are always the first and foremost foundations and are integral to every part of Bonistra. We follow the principle that we first seek and explore what nature offers us in our immediate surroundings, what we already have available and is waiting for us to connect. Bonistra observes and acts. We observes tradition, we respect local customs and local people as well as their efforts. We work in new directions, designs and upgrade into new products to meet the needs of the modern individual and teache him to respect the work and get to know the nature of Istria.
