Discover the hidden depths of fresh fish like never before at The Fonda Fresh Fish Tasting Academy workshop - the ultimate myth-buster!

Join us at the memorable Fonda Fish Garden in Seča, where you'll embark on an interesting journey through the history and sustainability of our marine farm. But the real excitement begins when you try differently aged fillets of raw fish, ranging from 1 day to 10 and more days old. You'll be amazed by the subtle differences in taste and texture and be able to vote for your favorite.

Availability: every Tuesday at 5.00 p.m. in Slovenian language (or in English/German/Italian for the foreign language groups)
