The renovated Hotel Histrion

The largest hotel on the Slovenian coast is surrounded by sea and boasts a renovated interior showcasing the tales of Istria. There are 276 rooms and four themes to choose from. Choose among olives, lavender, the sea and Piran's salt decoration themes. All rooms come decorated depending on their theme to provide a perfect oasis on your seaside retreat.

Istrian Villages – Padna

Only a few minutes’ drive from coastal towns, you find yourself strolling through old Istrian villages, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and orchards. Feel the peace and tranquillity of the landscape, touch old stone houses and listen to good-hearted old ladies who can't wait to talk about the good old days.

Sečovlje Salina

The salt pans of Sečovlje Salina, where salt-workers still harvest crystals of white gold following a traditional process, are a real treat for the eyes and soul. Find -body-soul balance on the walking paths of the old salina, get to know the centuries-old techniques of salt harvesting and pamper yourself with thalassotherapy based on saltpan mud and brine.

Strunjan Nature Park

The unique natural attraction of the park is the highest flysch cliff in in the eastern part of the Adriatic, as high as 80 metres. Under it hides the romantic Moon Bay, which is a very popular motif for photographs and especially fans of Instagram photography. Other attractions of the park are the salina, two saltpan houses and the only Slovenian sea lagoon, Stjuža.
