The multifunctional stadium was built in 2002 and includes a hard court with lighting and stands with a capacity of 1,600 seats and 200 standing places.

The facility has changing rooms with showers and toilets, a space for a masseur and a doctor, office spaces, and areas suitable for temporary storage. On the ground floor of the facility, there are also restaurants, a bakery, a drugstore, shops, and other business premises.

It hosts the largest tennis tournament in Slovenia – the ATP Challenger Tilia Slovenia Open – as well as other national and international sports tournaments. It is also suitable for other types of cultural events or themed events, fairs, presentations of associations or organizations, etc.
