Association of winemakers of Slovenian Istria organizes every year the event »From winemaker to olive oil producer«, where different local providers present themselves.

The hinterland of Slovene coast boasts with many excellent producers of olive oil and wines, which will open the door of their estates to the visitors and offer wine and food tastings. 

This gives visitors a better insight into the production of wine and olive oil.
