The Slovenian Coast offers very interesting trips by bike along the coastline, or in the hinterland. Due to the mild climate, the biking, is possible throughout the year. The connection to the Karst of Petrinje, above which the Slavnik hills protract and on to Kojnik, is quite interesting as well. There are likewise very pleasant possibilities of biking through Croatian Istria, where the traffic frequency is quite low and the countryside idyllic. It is most suitable on the entire area for mountain bikes. There are organised guide tours, taking place each Saturday and Sunday.
