Now is the right time to challenge your culinary skills, expand your knowledge about the Mediterranean and Istrian cuisine and delight your appetite.

 

Joint workshops

Workshop with: Restaurant Fioret, Fonda, Restaurant Rizibizi and Restaurant Tomi.

Duration of the workshop: 4-5 hours

Number of participants: min. 10, max. 20 persons for culinary workshops and min. 20 persons for tasting workshops

Period of the workshop: June-September

When: each 2nd Friday of the month

Hours: from 14.00 to 19.00

Location: Restaurant Oštarija, Obala 16, Portorož

Participation fee: 40 EUR per person for culinary workshop, 20 EUR per person for tasting workshops

Fonda

If you would like to spend a day all about fish and sea food dishes, challenge your culinary skills, gain new knowledge about seafood cuisine and delight your appetite, join us at fish farm Ribogojnica Fonda.

Duration of the workshop: 4 - 5 hours

Number of participants: min. 4, max. 12

Period of the workshop: April - September

When: each 2nd Thursday in the month

Hours: from 14.00 to 19.00

Location: Fish farm Fonda, Seča 142, Portorož (in case of bad weather the workshop will take place in the Centre Fonda, Liminjanska cesta 117, Portorož)

Restaurant Rizibizi

Do you love modern cuisine? Are you often wondering, how the dish is prepared and what ingredients the chef used? Now you have the chance to discover the secrets of great chefs.

At Rizibizi culinary workshops you will learn the basics of top cooking, how to properly use top quality ingredients in order to create abstract shapes and textures and practical advices how to serve different dishes.

Restaurant Tomi

Restaurant Tomi will inspire you with their culinary workshops, where you will learn the basics of cooking, how to use local top quality ingredients and with first hand advices how to serve different dishes.

When: each 4th Thursday of the month

Hours: from 14.00 to 18.00
