The Mediterranean climate with its warm summers and mild winters adds to the well-being in this area. Spending your holiday with us in the Rooms and Apartments Kozlovič is highly beneficial to all who appreciate homeliness and being in genuine touch with nature, which invites you to rest and regenerate. Moreover, the Slovenian Coast and the countryside in Slovenian Istria offer great opportunities to spend free time in a most active way.
- Guests can choose from three houses, named after the local Šavrinke women. These are Mlekarica (accommodates three persons), Krušarica and Jajčarica (these accommodate two persons).
In the heart of Slovenian Istria, just a 15-minute drive away form Koper town centre, you can experience something unique by taking a break and spending some time in the Holiday houses of Slovenian Istria. The houses are located in the midst of a vineyard and offer a magnificent view over the Koper/Trieste Bay. The houses are built in an architectural style typical of Istria and furnished with authentic furniture. Guests have the opportunity to gather herbs, fruits and vegetables that can be found in front of each of the three houses. They also have a fireplace available, ideal for socializing in the evenings along with a nice glass of the local Refošk wine. Each of the houses also reveals the history of Slovenian Istria as well as the stories of the local Šavrinke women.
The project Houses of Slovenian Istria received an award at the MOK Idea Development Competition 2011 for the Best Innovative Project Generator under the auspices of the Slovenian Tourist Board.
